Congratulations go out to the University of Oklahoma Football team. Being ranked #1 in the nation marks the 100th time the program has earned the ultimate ranking. And this week will put the #1 ranking to the test. It is a road trip to Tallahassee, Florida and the Florida State Seminoles. Sooner head coach, Bob Stoops will face his little brother, Mark who is the defensive coordinator at FSU. Mark is hoping for a better turnout than the one-sided victory by the Sooners a year ago.
This Saturday will be another test for the Iowa Hawkeyes. Losing a week ago at Iowa State, Kirk's squad needs to bounce back quickly with Pitt and the ability to ear a quality win for the BiG Ten season.
Not necessarily one of the finer weekends to watch Big Ten Football, but we are now approaching a weekend of mismatchs in the Big Ten.
